A third game in the Clever board game series is coming. If you are a fan of the Ganz Schön Clever (That’s Pretty Clever) or Doppelt So Clever (Twice As Clever) roll-n-right games, you are in luck, the trilogy is now complete. The third game, is called Clever Hoch Drei which translates to “Clever Times Three”, follows the same format of using the same dice structure but with new scoring categories.
Description according to the Board Game Geek page:
Clever hoch drei features the same gameplay as Ganz schön clever and Doppelt so clever, but with new categories in which to score — sometimes with several dice at the same time.
Your goal: Choose dice, then place the numbers into the matching colored area, put together tricky chain-scoring opportunities, and rack up the points. The dice you don’t use are as important as what you do because every die that’s smaller than the chosen one can be used by the other players, keeping everyone in the game at all times.
The game is designed by the great Wolfgang Warsch who has also designed great games such as The Quacks of Quedlinburg, The Taverns of Tiefenthal, The Mind and Brikks.
