There are two teams, Uninfected and Infected, and as you can imagine, one’s goal is to survive and the other is to destroy. Teams are secret making this for quite an interesting experience. #04 | Betrayal at House on the Hill
If you love the traitor mechanic, co-op storytelling adventure and creepy supernatural monsters coming for you, then a game that might be for you is Betrayal at House on the Hill. In this story-rich game, you take on the role of a character in a group set to explore a haunted mansion. Unbeknownst to you, there is some monster lurking around.
You spend half the game taking room after room until halfway through it is revealed that one of you is a traitor and the two sides duke it out to the end. BAHOTH is a good one but where it succeeds is in its rich storytelling, there are so many great scenarios. It feels very on par with Dead of Winter and very similar.
