January 13, 2021 – Big news today about Pandasaurus bringing award-winning blind bidding and tile placement game Umbra Via to market. In an announcement that the publisher has been teasing for weeks, the company behind many titles such as Dinosaur Island and The Mind will begin selling Umbra Via starting March 17, 2021 with pre-ordering available now. The hot title won the 2019 Cardboard Edison award and based on all the details available looks to provide a new and unique experience.
Pandasaurus is going to be previewing it at TantrumCon Digital from Feb 5 – 7th and you can get in a tabletop simulator game if you send a message on their discord server in the #umbra-via channel to save a seat.
This promises to be a game of balance and anticipation where you will need to be the first to guide the missing pieces of your soul out of the shadows. The designer Connor Wake put together this preview video to show off the title:
